These terms govern your use of Craft Beer Yard and any orders you place with us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Eligibility & age verification

You must be 18 or over to buy from this site. We operate a Challenge 25 policy: our couriers may ask for photo ID on delivery, and an order will not be left if no one aged 18 or over is available to receive it. It is an offence to buy or attempt to buy alcohol for anyone under 18.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel any order. An order is accepted once we confirm dispatch.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
