Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains when and how you can return items and receive a refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@craftbeeryard.click with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Change of mind

Under UK consumer law you may cancel eligible items within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, alcohol and perishable goods that have been opened, chilled or tampered with cannot be returned unless faulty. Returned items must be unopened and in resalable condition.
